These terms govern your use of devaultperfumes.art and any purchase from it.
1. The store
devaultperfumes.art is operated by Devault Perfumes. We may change or withdraw any part of the store or any product at any time.
2. Products and descriptions
Our fragrances are our own original compositions. Note listings describe the intended accord and are not a full ingredient declaration; the ingredient list is printed on the carton. Fragrance develops differently on different skin, and that variation is not a fault.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in $ and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil. Payment is taken at checkout.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel — for example where stock has run out, where we suspect fraud, or where the destination cannot lawfully receive a flammable-liquid shipment. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
6. Safe use
For external use on skin only. Do not swallow. Keep away from eyes, flame and children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Fragrance is flammable — do not spray near an open flame and store away from heat and direct sunlight. If you have sensitive skin or a known fragrance allergy, patch test first.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its security, or copy its content for a competing service.
9. Intellectual property
The Devault Perfumes name, logo, fragrance names, product imagery and page content belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
The version published here at the time of your order applies to it.
