Fragrance ships differently — please read this
Alcohol-based fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid. That is not a formality; it changes how your parcel can legally travel:
- Fragrance moves by ground transport only. It cannot go by air, which rules out most overnight and two-day services.
- We cannot ship fragrance to PO boxes, or to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
- Some destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, take substantially longer or are unavailable for ground-only freight.
- International fragrance shipping carries additional restrictions that vary by country.
If any of this makes an order undeliverable, we will contact you and refund rather than ship something that gets seized.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking by email when the parcel leaves us.

Packing
Every bottle is boxed, wrapped, and packed with absorbent material in a double-walled carton. Fragrance parcels carry the required limited-quantity markings.
Damaged or leaking on arrival
Email amithj1001@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We replace it free and you keep the damaged item — please dispose of it safely and do not use a cracked atomiser.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved in 10 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier claim, then replace or refund.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. Returned parcels can be re-sent once return postage is covered.
