The short version
Unopened and still sealed, 30 days. Opened fragrance cannot come back for hygiene reasons. Damaged on arrival is always replaced free.
Unopened returns
Return any unopened, factory-sealed bottle within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email amithj1001@gmail.com with your order number first — do not post anything back before we reply, as we need to give you the correct return address and the parcel must be labelled correctly for ground transport.
Opened fragrance
Once a bottle has been sprayed or its seal broken we cannot accept it back and cannot resell it. This is a health and hygiene rule that applies to cosmetics generally, not a policy we invented. If a fragrance genuinely is not what the page described, tell us anyway and we will sort it out.
Discovery sets and samples
Non-returnable. They exist precisely so you can try before committing to a full bottle, and they are priced accordingly.
Damaged, leaking or faulty
Report within 7 days with a photo. Free replacement, nothing to send back.
Return shipping
Changed your mind — you pay return postage. Damaged, faulty or incorrect — we cover it.
Refunds
Issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and checking the return. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to display it. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Cancellations
Email as soon as possible. Not yet dispatched, we cancel and refund in full. Already shipped, treat it as a return.
